Guam Rental on the Beach

First thing that comes to mind when you think of Guam is the beach and the ocean.  Yes, the beaches on Guam are beautiful, and the water is crystal clear!  Some of the more popular beaches on Guam are located on Tumon Bay and Agana Bay.  The 2 bays are located close proximity to the central part of the island in or near the villages of Tamuning, Tumon, and Hagatna(also called Agana).  There are a few rentals in the area that are right on the beach.  In Guam, you could actually find rental property right on the beach.

The 3 Guam rentas are located right in the middle of Tumon Bay.  All 3 places are right on the beach with a spectacular view of the bay.  The Villa Kanton Tasi is one of the most exclusive condo complex on Guam, with each unit custom designed to enhance the awesome ocean view.  The rental price average $4400 per month at Villa Kanton Tasi.  While Guam Beachfront is the newest Guam Rental on the beach with great amenities.

On the next bay, Agana Bay, there are a few options on the beach.  There is the Alupang Cove Condominium located next to the Sheraton Resort at the edge of the bay.  Then there is also the Agana Bay Condo and Agana Beach Condo.  All of these Guam rental condos are located on the beach and have spectacular ocean views.  If you want a relaxing more slower pace, Agana Bay is the place.  In my opinion, the sunsets on Agana Bay are spectacular.
